We are looking for a Revenue Operations Leader who will be the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—streamlining operations, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams to enable scalable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize scalable systems and processes across our revenue funnel (from lead to renewal)
- Own the tech stack for GTM teams (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.), ensuring tools are integrated and leveraged effectively
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models to drive data-driven decisions
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales and customer journey; recommend improvements and automation where possible
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across teams
- Support compensation plan design, territory planning, and quota setting
- Lead cross-functional projects to support GTM strategy, including launching new markets, segments, or playbooks
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or related roles (experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus)
- Strong experience with Salesforce.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, and high-growth environment
