Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with our Founders, Engineering, and Customer success teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Team Coordination:

• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.

Who We're Looking For:

• 4-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a SaaS or tech company.
