Your responsibilities will include:

✨ Managing the daily operations of our Rosario office

✨ Organizing internal events and team gatherings

✨ Supporting the Director of Operations with key initiatives

✨ Handling administrative processes, expenses, and reimbursements control

✨ Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements

What we’re looking for:

✔️ Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must

✔️ University degree (completed or advanced) in: Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles

✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔️ Excellent communication skills and good judgment

✔️ Proactive, reliable, and discreet when handling sensitive information
